{"id":15311,"date":"2026-06-29T16:10:45","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T16:10:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aus.arquitectes.cat\/?p=15311"},"modified":"2026-06-29T16:10:52","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T16:10:52","slug":"aus-takes-part-in-beteves-punt-de-fuga-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aus.arquitectes.cat\/en\/aus-takes-part-in-beteves-punt-de-fuga-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"AUS takes part in betev\u00e9\u2019s Punt de fuga programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_medium\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_1-3-1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Last June, <strong>AUS President Greta Tresserra<\/strong> took part in betev\u00e9\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/beteve.cat\/punt-de-fuga\/\"><strong><em>Punt de fuga<\/em><\/strong><\/a> programme, as a guest on the debate segment <em>La sala<\/em>, which on this occasion focused on <strong>how 21st-century cities should be planned to address today\u2019s climate, social and urban challenges.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Following the broadcast of the documentary <em>The Active City<\/em>, journalist <strong>Anna Gansinelli<\/strong> moderated a discussion on the transformation of cities, addressing topics such as mobility, access to housing, the renaturalisation of public space, urban health, and the need to create more resilient, inclusive and liveable environments.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Greta Tresserra joined <strong>Carme Miralles-Guasch<\/strong>, Professor of Urban Geography at the Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona (UAB), and <strong>Isabelle Anguelovski<\/strong>, Director of the Barcelona Lab for Urban Environmental Justice and Sustainability (ICTA-UAB).<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The discussion highlighted that today\u2019s major environmental and social challenges require a new approach to urban planning, promoting more compact, healthy, biodiverse and climate-adapted cities.
