The event began with an institutional welcome by the Dean of the COA of Cádiz, Paula Vilches, who greeted the attendees. Greta Tresserra, Vice President of AuS, delivered a presentation on the contents of the new version of the EPBD and how it will change our professional practice in the coming years. Licinio Alfaro from ITEC presented the Global Warming Potential (GWP), while Albert Cuchí, President of AuS, emphasized the importance of renovation with tools such as the Renovation Passport and the Digital Logbook. Jade Serra, AuS board member, explored the use of low environmental impact materials for a decarbonized architecture.

The event concluded with a round table where the speakers discussed the challenges and opportunities that the new EPBD presents for architects.
